foolproof recipe - Korean hot sauce fried rice
I always cook this whenever I'm home alone or even when my mother asks me to cook it. It is very simple, fast... and.... I don't know if its tasty or not.. but its okay
Ingredients
- rice
-salt
- scallion
- Korean hot sauce ( any kind is fine but I always use the Samyang one)
- cheese - any kind (optional)
- some chicken/beef/ seafood (optional if you're not being lazy)
Instructions
(optional)
- defrost any meat or seafood you want
- cut the meat to small pieces (seafood such as prawns or cockles, just remove any hard parts)
(must do)
- cut the scallions into small pieces
- put oil into a pan and heat the pan
- put meat first to cook them first (if there's any)
put rice into the pan (once the meat is half cooked)
- put the Korean hot sauce
- make sure all rice is coated with the hot sauce ( or just stir fry if you're an expert)
- put scallions into the pan and a pinch of salt and mix
- put cheese after everything is mixed ( or put cheese when the hot fried rice is placed at a plate)
Hope this fills up your tummy!!
